20kV photovoltaic power station cable laying and fire protection requirements

1. After cable laying, waterproof should be done in time to prevent tiny animals from entering the ditch and indoor work, and fire prevention measures should be taken according to the requirements of GB50229 "Fire prevention Code".

The shielding layer and armored grounding measures of power cables and control cables shall be designed according to GB 50217-2006 "Code for Design of Power Engineering Cables".

The general order is substation feeder cable, lighting cable, DC cable, control cable, communication cable, among which signal cables such as image safety warning should also be laid through fireproof PVC pipe. When cables are placed on supports in shafts and trenches, the horizontal clear distance between power cables should be greater than twice the outer diameter of the cables, except for AC single-core cables. For critical power cables with the same loop, it is not suitable to overlap them. Control and signal cables can be placed close together or in multiple layers.

10. In order to meet the reliability of operation, the cables in the double circuits of fire fighting, alarm, emergency lighting, circuit breaker operation power supply, computer monitoring, relay protection, security power supply and other essential circuits should be laid respectively in different cable supports (unilateral cable rack), and in the main cable ditch (bilateral cable rack) should be laid respectively on both sides of the cable ditch. The cable of one of the loops shall be laid on the side with a lateral fire divider or fire isolation pipe. When the cable trench intersects, the intersection should be equipped with cable support frame to prevent cable sagging. The fire prevention measures for cables and optical cables are under the screen cabinet, the inlet and outlet of cable Wells, and the outdoor cable trench are blocked with refractory materials every certain section.

11. Firewall Settings in the cable trench: the thickness of the internal wall resistance in the cable trench is 370mm, the middle is stacked with firebrick, and the two sides are sealed with a fireproof partition with a thickness of more than 10mm. The top of the firewall is filled with organic blocking material, and the fireproof partition is covered. The holes in the reserved support layer are sealed with organic plugging material.

12. The cables inside the cable trench on both sides of the firewall, on both sides of the power cable connector, into the switch cabinet or through the cable layer into the screen cabinet need to be brushed with fireproof paint, the length of the brush is not less than 1.0m, and the thickness of the brush should be ≥1.0mm.

13. The bottom of the tray cabinet and the bottom of the intelligent control cabinet are laid with fire proof boards with a thickness of 10mm. The gaps, gaps and around the cables are sealed with organic plugging materials.
